I didn’t expect much when reading the ingredients list but it did reduce symptoms of menopause.

I bought these in desperation, not really expecting them to help with my menopausal symptoms. Whilst I’m lucky enough not to be especially bothered by hot flushes, the extreme fatigue and brain fog have been horrendous. After taking these for a week, I actually feel more awake and alert. I’m shocked to have found something that really does seem to help. Will definitely repurchase.
