This palette is just beautiful. I do not know what it is, but HG face powders make your skin look smooth and healthy. My skin is light-medium with neutral undertones. I can use the finishing powder as a bronzer - can be too red-leaning for warmer undertones - and the other products as intended. It is not too dark for my skin tone, but I feel medium tones can do a better use of the palette. I have another Ambient Lighting Edit palette from a previous year, and I chose this particular one because the colour story is different to any other. I do not feeI have the same palette twice. The packaging is also very beautiful, I do not find it cheapening compared to the original golden one. It is an expensive product, but, if it does not break the bank for you, is totally worth it.

Finally a palette from Hourglass that works for my medium-deep skin! Great blush & highlight options. The finishing powder makes for a lovely bronzer on me. The shades even work well on the eyes so a great one & done palette.
