Working to minimise stubborn and often uncomfortable ingrown hairs, DeoDoc’s Exfoliating Stick is used on wet skin in your intimate areas to gently exfoliate and moisturise. Allowing hair to penetrate the skin barrier with ease, finely crushed volcanic lava stones have been carefully selected to lightly peel away dead skin cells that can otherwise lead to ingrowns. An infusion of minerals and highly moisturising ingredients, such as vitamin E, ensure your skin is left soft and silky smooth.
Wet skin and step out of the shower spray. Gently rub stick on affected areas 1 day post-hair removal. Rinse with lukewarm water. Use 2-3 times a week thereafter for maintenance in between hair removal. Some temporary redness may occur. Do not use prior to hair removal. Not meant for internal use.

I used up the whole thing and saw no effect. I think any scrub would do a better job at exfoliating.Â

So when I shave downstairs I might get 3-5 ingrown hairs generally. Nit a lot, but still sore and annoying. Well I was pretty interested by this product that came in the body edit box. Well I followed the directions to the letter and while I was prepared for some redness as it had stated there might be. I was not prepared for how much worse it made everything. Just one use and the next day by 5pm I was so sore (been working on my feet all day). When I got undressed at home I could see instead of 3-5 ingrown hairs, there was the start of multiple all over the shop! Most already had a head on them. It was super sore and inflamed. I'm sure it works for some people. But for the price it is, absolutely applying product. I've never had so many ingrown hairs and it looks so unpleasant, making me feel super insecure.

I got this as part of The Body Edit box and honestly nothing has worked getting rid of my inner thigh chafing marks and ingrown hairs. I typically have red bumps and numerous ingrown hairs in this area, so I wasn’t surprised to see some redness immediately after using this and the day following. It’s been over a week and I’ve used it approx 3 times and the red bumps and ingrowns are completely gone and the area is completely clear - works so well and really fast!
