The skin should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before applying the seeds to ensure proper adhesion.
Lift the seed sticker and apply to the desired area and press down until firmly adhered to skin. Press gently on the seeds throughout the day to stimulate.
Pellets should be changed after two-three days but can be kept on for one week.
