With 4mm ultra durable natural rubber on hands and feet size 'small' is women's regular (this size fits most), size 'medium' is women's large/men's small and 'large is men's regular (fits most men).

The easiest and best way to wash Yoga-Paws mini mats is to put them on inside out, so that the towel lining is exposed, put them back on like gloves and wash your hands under the sink in cold water & gentle soap. Then just lay them out and air dry. It is not recommended to put Yoga-Paws mini mats in the washing machine. But if you must, put them on a delicate setting & place the Yoga-Paws in a garment bag. We recommend washing your mini mats before the first use, and after every use.
