Mix 2 tablespoons (18g) with 300 mL of warm water, once daily.
The HydroProtein Elixir can be taken at any time of day whenever best suits your daily routine. We do however recommend not taking it at nighttime due to the inclusion of B vitamins.

I’ve been using this product for weeks now, I’ve been using it with my training for the electrolyte properties. I love that it will help repair muscles. The added plus of this product is it assists with collagen formation and assists with healthy skin and nails. From starting this product to now I can see/ feel noticeable difference. The passion fruit flavour was surprise I enjoyed the taste! I love that it’s a simple addition to my day.

Hydrating Rating
As a passionate pilates and fitness person, I have been wanting to try a protein water, especially for the days I am away in the hot pilbara working on a minesite! This is exact what I was looking for! Easy to make, no clumping, tastes great (love this with some ice) and have noticed a difference with recovery! I would absolutely purchase this again. This is my 3rd WelleCo product and not one of them has been a disappointment. The entire range is just incredible! Highly recommend this to those wanting to try increase their protein range without feeling sick from milky protein powders!

Refreshing way to get protein
I really liked this product! I find some protein powders to be too heavy and difficult to digest so I was looking forward to trying a protein with water instead. It was refreshing and light - the taste was not too sweet but I might try it with juice. I found it to be an easier way to get protein into my day. I'll try the other flavour next!

Great benefits but taste just isn't for me.
It’s a bit of a mixed bag for me. First off, opening it was a bit of a mission—but hey, at least you know it’s fresh. No scoop included, which is kinda annoying, but not a dealbreaker. The smell? Amazing—like a fizzy passionfruit drink, so I had high hopes. But the taste? A little underwhelming. It’s got a faint passionfruit flavor, but there\'s an almost creamy texture (even with just water) threw me off. Plus, there’s this odd aftertaste that lingers. On the bright side, it dissolves really well—no clumps or grittiness. Mixing into a smoothie might be the best option for this product. Would I recommend it? If you\'re all about taste, probably not. But if you\'re after the health benefits—electrolytes, muscle support, and collagen perks—then it might be worth a shot. Great tasting
I really enjoyed the passionfruit HydroProtein Elixir. It tasted great, was refreshing, satisfying and really boosted my energy. I have had hydrolyte drinks and protein drinks as standalone beverages, but never one that is both. It really quenched my thirst, was very hydrating and gave me a good energy burst before my workout. I noticed a difference in my skin looking and feeling fresh, but didnt notice a difference with my hair and nails. I really liked this product and it will be added to my weekly regime. Overall Energy and Health Boost
I've been using the HydroProtein Elixir product for a little while now, and I'm really impressed with the results. It provides a noticeable boost in both energy and overall health. On the positive side, I felt more energetic and mentally clear throughout the day. It helped me stay focused and productive, even during those long hours when I would usually feel sluggish or run down. While the taste isn’t my favourite, it's a little tart for my personal preference, I believe it's a small sacrifice when considering the fast acting results. The benefits far outweigh the flavor. Plus, after using it for a few days, I got used to it, and now it's just part of my daily routine. Not only did I notice an energy boost, but my hair has also become healthier. It feels so much silkier, shinier, and looks more vibrant. My skin has seen some great improvements too, becoming brighter, glowing, and more radiant. If you’re looking for something that can give you a pick me up while also improving your appearance and well-being, this is definitely worth trying.

Great hydrating protein drink
I have been gifted the WelleCo Hydro Protein Elixir Passionfruit to trial for my honest opinion on the product and i really love it. For the last two weeks and i have been drinking this as part of my pre-workout routine to boost energy levels. The powder is easy to dissolve in water; and i normally drink this as part of a pre-workout smoothie. The powder is suitable for everyone including vegans, and contains 15g of protein per serve whilst supporting electrolytes to keep my body healthy, with the right levels of energy, and muscle repair capability. I have noticed my skin and nails are definitely more clear and strong after continued use, and would recommend this.

All the Good Things
I’ve never used a protein powder before so I was looking forward to trying out one from a well known and trusted company. I liked that it was simple to use and mixed with water easily. The fresh passionfruit flavour was a little tangy but not unpleasant. I’d love to try the blackcurrent and pomegranate flavour. Having recently increased my physical activity post injury, I really appreciated the promised boost. Delicious protein water
I’ve really enjoyed the passionfruit flavoured protein water. I usually have protein powder and have found this so much lighter and easier to consume whilst providing the same benefits. The added benefits of electrolytes, amino acids and vitamins is a game changer and I’ve noticed a visible difference in my energy and recovery, as well as skin and hair growth.
