Mix 2 tablespoons (18g) with 300 mL of warm water, once daily.

Tastes nice
Enjoyed the taste and was easy to mix in. Great berry flavour with the blackcurrant. Unfortunately I didnt notice any benefits but still a healthy sweet drink I received this product to review

Great for convenience
Finding a product that combines all of the supplements I would usually be having into one is a game changer. It’s great to have an all-in-one product instead of mixing in several different products into one. The taste is palatable, nothing extraordinarily good but very easy to drink. Would recommend for the convenience.

Powerhouse Protien
The HydroProtein Elixir dissolves easily in water and is delicious to drink. After using it for a couple of weeks, my skin felt more hydrated, and I noticed a big difference when drinking it before a gym workout. It increased my energy levels and made me feel fantastic. It's not only vegan but packed full of high-quality ingredients, including zinc and magnesium. It's done wonders for my muscle recovery, and I've had lots of compliments on how good my skin looks. This Hydro Protein Elixir is a nice, light flavour combo with the blackcurrant & pomegranate. It tastes refreshing first up in the morning with ice and I sometimes mix it into a fruit blend if I have more time to prepare before I leave for the day. So far, after several weeks of having this as part of my morning routine daily, I feel I am seeing and feeling some good results and benefits. I feel more energised throughout the day and less run down. I also feel less peckish which is great and don’t feel the need for energy drinks or a sugar hit. Nice product that I will continue to use. I’ve been trying WelleCo’s Hydro Elixir in Blackcurrant & Pomegranate for a while now, and it’s been an easy addition to my routine. The flavour’s punchy—kind of tart and fruity, but not as sweet as other protein drinks on the market. I tend to prefer a sweeter shake or supplement, so that's what's lots this review some points. It mixes well with water using either a shaker or a blender, and it’s light enough to sip during the day or after a workout. I tried it with coconut water and fruit to change up the mix and flavour which was a nice addition! Given the blend is a plant-based protein and electrolytes, it feels more like a wellness boost than a typical protein shake. I like the smaller size of this compared to the usual crates one has to buy for shake supplements - a managable commitment when you try something new! It's a great addition to your routine that satisfies, and a good option if you prefer a lighter drink than other protein waters or shakes on the market. Deliciously hydrating
I love the taste of this, it’s the perfect amount of blackcurrant and pomegranate. I love how long this lasts and how much it has benefited my hair, skin and general wellness. I’d love to trial the other flavour to see if it aligns with my tastebuds
Flavour: blackcurrant & pommegrante Dissolves into water quite quickly and leaves no clumps which is a perfect way to get this into you. But for me for the flavours just weren’t it. It’s not something I’d reach for always. I’d love to try the other flavour to see if it aligns with my tastebuds more. It did help me give a boost in the afternoon though I felt great when I did have it which is a bonus. Adding more protein in to my diet through water is also a massive thing for me as I seem to lack a lot of that. So for a busy mum this would be perfect if you loved the flavours. Clean ingredient list and added bonus of hydration does a world of good. I received this product to trial and test out to give my honest opinion and feedback :)

Great powder
Ive been trying this protein for about 2 weeks now. I already am a big fan of the welleco products, using the other protein, night elixir and the greens too. This one is great because it has the added collagen and a fresher feel with the fruity flavor. I think I’ll be switching between both protein types now depending on my mood and energy needs! I feel a sustained energy, and love that it’s such a clean product for my body. Another winner in my books. I received this product from WelleCo to review, but I’d buy it too now after trying it.
