Perfect matte bullet with a true brown undertone
I was looking for a burgundy lipstick that veers towards a brown undertone and not a purplish one. You'd be surprised how hard it is to find that type of red nowadays. The color is a good balance between the two undertones, although it would have been perfect for me with a tad more brown in it. It's not too drying for a matte (again, it would have been perfect with a tad more hydration for comfort but then again it wouldn't be a true matte so I'm being picky!). It doesn't transfer but you do need to reapply after eating.

My favorite lipstick!
This formula from Vieve is one of my most favorite. It is not drying on the lips and lasts a long time on the lips. It is easy to apply as it glides on your lips smoothly. There are many nude shades to choose from as well ! I highly recommend it.
