I have pretty oily hooded eyelids and this seems to help the shadows last longer. It drys down after a few minutes. I don't know if it intensifies colour as I tend to wear neutrals.

I've used this product for years now and i love it. I use my finger to spread it over my eyelid. It stays on and is a great primer to hold your eyeshadow. The color stays on so well that I've used it as an eye shadow alone as well as added other eyeshadow colors onto it.
