Smell is
While I find the formula great, the smell is extremely odd and unpleasant. I can’t quite put my finger on it but it’s almost slightly rancid and the lingers for a while. My husband however doesn’t notice a smell. Smell aside, I find it to be moisturizing and lightweight. It can definitely replace a moisturizer most days (I have combo skin).

It’s okay…. I guess
I am in a constant search of a sunscreen that would feel undetectable on my face as I really don’t like the feeling of having something on my face. This sunscreen is not it, unfortunately. It’s quite greasy, it feels heavy on the skin and it smells very weird, like really weird. It doesn’t cause any breakouts which is good, but I won’t be repurchasing it. Murad SPF for acne prone skin is 100 times better, so I will get back to using that one.

As someone who’s always struggled with the smell and texture of sunscreens, I surprisingly enjoyed using this one. The texture is on the thicker side and feels a bit greasy when applying, however it absorbs into the skin quite quickly and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy, but hydrated and soft (and no white cast!!). As for the smell, it definitely has one, but I personally don’t mind it, and it doesn’t feel as overwhelming as the typical SPF scent. I also can’t smell it on my face throughout the day, which is something that used to bother me with some other sunscreens. I like that it’s hydrating, so in the mornings I use it instead of a moisturizer. Have been using it for a month now and so far zero complaints, would definitely order again!

Good sunscreen but bad scent
I bought this because of all the good reviews but although I think it’s a good sunscreen that feels nice on my skin and looks fine under make-up, I don’t think I will buy it again because of the strong scent, like stale coffee, which unfortunately doesn’t wear off either (I’ve only just opened the tube and it doesn’t expire for another year so it isn’t off).
