It sinks in well. My skin looks more fresh when using it. It is slightly sticky at first, but it fades quickly. For optimal results, I apply it on damp skin and follow up immediately after with a gel moisturiser and then a thicker cream on top (I have slightly dry skin from tretinoin treatment). I use it morning and evening.

It's too soon to notice an actual difference on my skin, but in a month's worth of use I've noticed that it makes my skin feel smoother and it temporarily sort of flattens the tiny bumps that my clog prone skin leaves on my face. It's not much but it's enough to make me hopeful of more evident results after 6 months or so.
