In the beginning I wasn’t sure if it was helpful but I continued to take it every night regarding. Only when I stopped it was clear how much it was worth keeping up using it regularly. The sleep quality is much better. I sleep through the night, stopped having nightmares and wake up rested. Even my cat asks me for a few drops each night and we fall asleep together.
