Primarily composed of fatty acids, cholesterol and ceramides, a shortage of lipids can lead to all manner of 'issues' - from dryness to premature lines and psoriasis, acne and eczema. Happily (not), levels start to decline once we enter our twenties, so steps must be taken to keep skin secure. Step forward: Skin Hydrator - boasting a proprietary blend that works to repair skin's defences (thus 'locking in' moisture) while helping to strengthen its collagen framework for supple, resilient, luminous skin. Clinically proven to increase skin's hydration (by 16%), boost elasticity (by 18%) and reduce wrinkles (by 9%), the benefits only get better with use - increasing, after two months, to 21%, 26% and 18% respectively.

This is one of the best hydrating supplements I've used. I noticed a real softness and glow when taking it regularly. I think my skin responded really well to the Aloe Vera in it. A bit pricey but worth it.
