Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Holy Grail
I re-ordered this balm at least 5 times, this is my holy grail, tried other more expensive balms but always come back to this gets, gets all my make up off without a problem, I use a cleanser as a second step.

Amazing
I have acne prone skin and this cleanser is one of the best I have used. I was looking for a dupe for the IT cosmetics cleansing balm but I think I prefer this. It does a fantastic job of removing make up but it's also very soothing and doesn't irritate my skin at all.

Favorite in the winter
Living in a cold climate this cleanser helps enormously in the winter months. I use it daily, at night rubbing it on and leaving it on for 10 minutes. I use a double cleanse method in the evening; then I use a soft cloth...slightly warm to remove it I go in with a second cleanse with another non foaming oat cleanser to finish the job. This product can, sometimes, be a little grainy.... or at least it feels this way.... personally, I think a jar would be preferable ;this way you could see if the product separates.

One of the bests for sensitive skin
This is a repurchase for me. Usually, I prefer cleansing oils, but this balm is pretty awesome. It melts easily into the skin, remove the make-up effortlessly and when my skin is super dry and irritated, I something use it as a mask and it's very calming.

JUST PERFECT
Firstly, for those who find it hard to squeeze the product out in the beginning, or have chunks in it, try putting it in warm water for around 30 seconds. It will become balmy and melt the oils enough for the product to easily squeeze out. I did this in winter when the product arrived and it was hard as a rock and had no issues since. Now, onto the actual product. It's just lovely. It melts all my makeup away and it rinses with ease without leaving a film on my skin (worst feeling ever). It has a gentle oat scent but it's not bothersome at all. It doesn't sting my eyes (most balms/oil cleansers do) and it doesn't aggravate any breakouts I may have. It's the only first cleanse I trust nowadays. Highly suggest even just trying it.

Nasty smell and texture
I was so looking forward to trying this balm and hoping it would become a staple in my routine, and I was so disappointed by it. I have dry skin, and somehow this balm feels just way too oily and thick for me. The smell is horrible, it smells kind of plastic, I'm not sure it's supposed to smell like this, there's no hint of oat. Whenever I squeeze it out of the tube it's not homogeneous, it's separated into oily liquid and dense creamy-like paste. Also, for some reason, it feels gritty on my face. I have to do the second wash with a different cleanser to get rid of this one every time. Very sad, will not repurchase.

Effective, but there's better out there
This gets three stars because it's good value and it works well as an oily cleanser: it removes all make-up well and doesn't irritate the skin. But! It tastes terrible on the lips (I like to use an oil cleanser to remove lipstick etc) and this is very off-putting. Also, the product seems to separate inside the tube: often when squeezing out some product, there will be a runny oil before the actual cleansing cream. Finally, the top of the tube isn't very well made and I've found product leaking out the top of it as well. I got this in Sali Hughes' second Cult Beauty box and it was good to try, but ultimately there are better products out there.
