Effective, but there's better out there
This gets three stars because it's good value and it works well as an oily cleanser: it removes all make-up well and doesn't irritate the skin. But! It tastes terrible on the lips (I like to use an oil cleanser to remove lipstick etc) and this is very off-putting. Also, the product seems to separate inside the tube: often when squeezing out some product, there will be a runny oil before the actual cleansing cream. Finally, the top of the tube isn't very well made and I've found product leaking out the top of it as well. I got this in Sali Hughes' second Cult Beauty box and it was good to try, but ultimately there are better products out there.

Not easy to use/too oily
This cleanser is really dense and can't be applied easily all over the face. I am surprised that it got such a good reputation.

The best thing for the price
My go-to ever since I've tried it for the first time. It does have a bit rougher texture, however, once you rub it on your face it melts into a nice oil, which is just as effective as balms three times the price. Many other users have complained about it separating and being really hard to squeeze out of the tube, however, I personally did not find either of those things too bothersome.

Very good
Leaves my skin supple and smooth; also perfect for removing make up.

Gentle, effective and affordable!
I find this cleansing balm to be one of the best I’ve tried - it’s very soothing for my skin (acne-prone but sensitive and dehydrated). It gently cleanses makeup and SPF away from my face, and personally, it doesn’t leave a film on my skin either. I find the consistency is sometimes different - but it depends on how warm or cold my bathroom is.

Too small of a nossel
The product is lovely, very creamy and soothing on the skin - but it's work out to get it out of the tube. I leave mine in a glass of really hot water for a few mins and that helps.

One of my favorite cleaning balms!
I loved this product. It's in a tube but that's OK. It is a great value for money. It does the job really well and what's really interesting, it has something added to it so it makes the balm a little bit thicker/grainy (minimally of course.) I really like the texture and it cleans off well.

Too thick
This cleansing balm is only for people who double-cleanse. It is just too thick to get off just with water - looks like the emulators are not doing their job properly. However, if you use it with another cleanser, it’ll get off eventually. It definitely does not have a light texture, it feels more like a wax. Does it do the job? Yes. Will I buy it again? It’s a no for me.

Useless Cleanser
I should've listened to the bad reviews with this one. The balm doesn't melt well on your face and it's impossible to wash off with water. You'd need a second cleanser to get it off, otherwise it leaves a thick layer on your skin. The reason it gets two stars instead of one is that it did feel moisturizing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone though.
