Doesn’t take off eyeliner
I bought this as it’s a very affordable oil cleanser and I needed one to take off my makeup. It removes face products really easily but it’s not great on eyeliner and waterproof mascara. It can’t get it all off, no matter how much product you use or if you use some pressure (which you shouldn’t really do on your eyelids). I have to go in with a different product afterwards on my eyes which kind of makes this cleanser pointless when I bought it to take makeup off.Â

Rosacea friendly
So happy with this product! The balm has helped to tame my rosacea and removes the day while leaving my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I don’t wear much make up but the balm is great for removing sunscreen which can be tricky to properly remove. I follow on with a mild creme cleanser. My skin easily reacts to products but this balm calms and soothes from the first use. Highly recommended.Â

Great product
I love this product for taking off my makeup, sometimes the formula is changing if you don't shake it and it just oil and the oat separately. But still great product.

Gentle & effective at removing makeup
This cleanser works great for removing makeup or spf in the evening. It’s very creamy and hydrating but manages to remove even waterproof mascara. I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t cause irritation or breakouts for me.Â

Melts away makeup
This cleansing balm is a holy grail product for me. I have oily/combination skin so I use this as a first step to a double cleanse routine. This melts away makeup and SPF with ease, no scrubbing required. After rinsing it leaves a slight balmy feel, almost like a protective film.  I’d imagine if you have dry skin this would work on its own however I follow with a gentle foaming cleanser. My skin feels hydrated and clean without that squeaky, stripped feeling. I recommend this to everyone I know!

One of the best affordable cleansing balms
Absolutely love this cleansing balm - I think I’m onto my third tube! It’s super affordable but does the same job as higher end balms. It’s really gentle and suitable for irritated and dry skin too.Â

Best cleanser
This is the best and most reliable cleanser I've come across. I've tried different cleansers but I always come back to this one as it's so gentle on the skin but manages to remove everything and leaves my skin feeling soft, moisturised and looking brighter. I love the inkey list I just wish the packaging could be more sustainable!

Really rich cleaner
Really like this cleanser. Â Nice texture. Â Gentle enough to use over eyelids (unless they are overly sensitive) and emulsifies makeup well. Â Â

Leaves a greasy film on skin
I wanted to love this as I have heard good things about the brand and they have an attractive price point. Sadly the cleanser leaves a greasy/waxy film on the skin. It is only appropriate as a first step in a double cleanse but this is not stated anywhere on the description or the packaging. I don't double cleanse so sadly it is practically useless to me.
