Cleanser which doesn't dry out your skin. It cleans deeply, but leaves your skin moisturized

Great Formula, bad Packaging

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I really like the consistency and feeling of the product and it does a great job cleansing. The packaging is terrible, it’s difficult to get the product out of the tube especially when it’s less than half full and a lot of product won’t come out at all. It would be much better to put it in a pot like most other cleansing balms already are.

My go-to cleansing balm for my double cleanse in the evening

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I love this product. I am on my fourth purchase and have been using them on and off for about two years now. I tend to use it in the evening to remove my makeup before using another water based cleanser. The only thing is that I tend to disagree with is the instructions on the packaging. I find it much more hydrating when after you wash and dry your hands, you put the cleansing balm on a dry face and rub it in for one minute. Then, use water to foam it slightly and wash off.

Does the work

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

Its affordable and does the work... Helps to remove all the makeup and sunscreen without streaping my skin or cause sensitivity. The only down side its the bottle and texture... in the end the emulsion separate itlsef and its very dificult to squeeze out the cleaner, you are left with a solid residuo in the bottom and the oil at the top.

Very greasy, doesn't really cleanse but smear my makeup all over my face. Wouldn't buy it again.

Nice cleanser for dry skin

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

I love this gentle cleanser because it gives my face a little slip, which is just what I need when I use my face massage device and electronic face brush. It does a pretty good job of cleansing, albeit nowhere near as good as my favourite cleanser, the Body Shop's criminally underrated Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter. It does leave a bit of a film, though. I don't mind that because it feels nourishing on my dry skin, but I can see how others might object to it.

left my skin feeling oily

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have combination oily acne prone skin and I bought this because of all the excellent reviews. I tried it finally this week and all i can say is - it does the job, excellent price point, but definitely made my skin feel slick like i had a thick layer of silicone primer on my face - i kept trying to wash it off until i realized that's just the texture it leaves your skin with. maybe that's by design but im definitely not a fan. ive used other balm cleansers before (versed, heimish, beauty of joseon) and those leave my skin feeling clean, and on make-up free days i wouldnt even need a 2nd cleanse. With this balm, i definitely needed a 2nd cleanse with a favorite gel cleanser. maybe it's better for dry skin types? won't be repurchasing, so disappointing!
