Good, but not perfect
The cleansing balm does a good job at removing makeup, but the texture is slightly gritty. Therefore I don’t use it to remove eye makeup and would not recommend it to someone with very sensitive skin.

I don't understand
For me, this is not a balm to take off make up. It is gentle, oily, but doesn't make any difference when I want to take off my make up. I use it to clean (something) my face before I shower. I regret to buy it.

It didn't remove all my makeup. Also I felt like I had a bad batch, there were some piecies in there. That looked like scrub and I don't think that is how it should be. If that is how it should be, I don't like the product at all. good pricepoint.

It melts of everything
I love this cleanser, it melts off everything, even waterproof mascara without any problem. It can also been used as a nourishing mask, I've used it as a mask only a couple of times but it was quite good. Plus it is super affordable.

I use it to double cleanse when I'm wearing makeup and sunscreen all day,i wash my face at night with this one and it immediately takes everything off so fast, it's just melting everything without irritating my skin! After that I follow up with another cleanser and it's leaves my skin very hydrated too! My Favorite cleanser to take off my makeup

Great balm
It is a great cleanser for your makeup and it doenst strip the skin. The smell is fine but i didnt like the later that it left on my skin so i always use a different cleanser afterwards. Other than that it is amazing!
