Good quality but expensive
Solid and good quality eye make up remover. Very pricey as the size is only 100ml. Size of the product is nowhere mentioned by Cult Beauty so be aware.

Great Formula, Terrible Design
I had quite a journey with this remover, from “this is perfect” to “I wish we never met!” At first, I loved it. It removed heavy, long-wear makeup easily, felt gentle on my dry skin, and rinsed clean with no greasy film or residue. Things went wrong later. After using about 3/4 of the bottle, I took a short break. When I came back to finish it, the product level was low and the printing at the bottom made the two phases barely visible. Over several uses, I forgot it was a bi-phase remover and didn’t shake it. I only realized what happened after developing red, dry, inflamed patches around my eyes and then checking the ingredients and product photos online, where the two layers were clearly visible. That’s when it clicked! For God’s sake, if a product is bi-phase, the layers MUST be obvious at all times or at least there should be a clear reminder to shake. Without that, improper use is way too easy! I’m now dealing with a weakened eye-area barrier that reacts even to products that were fine before, and it’s taken weeks to calm down. It’s incredibly frustrating... Despite all of this, I still think the formula itself is good. I’m taking one star off for the design flaw that led to this mess and one star off for the price, which feels high for such a small bottle with no truly premium ingredients.

Removes pesky makeup residue
I use this mainly for removing stubborn eye makeup residue in case my other cleansers have failed to do so. It works really well soaked into cotton pad, effortlessly getting rid of everything - even from in between my lashes. Also removes waterproof products.
