This is actually so good
I got this thinking it was a primer, and although it technically isn’t one, it does the same job. It’s skincare, but it works really well under makeup. It’s insanely hydrating, and despite containing niacinamide, my rosacea didn’t react badly to it. My makeup stayed on all day, and it didn’t pill, get cakey, or rub off. Just be aware that if you have rosacea, niacinamide can be irritating for some people.
