Just glitter, no pigment
This has a dry and glittery consistency. It is ok but glitter will fall to your cheeks. I was expecting a smoother and silkier texture and that it could be used as a two-and-done eye shadow. Sadly, it can only be used as a topper since it's just glitter, no actual pigment. Expensive for what it is.

I bought this one as a gift for my mom and she is really happy with the product. It applies the best with a little brush or your fingertips. The product works best when you use an eyeshadow primer underneath. Otherwise, the glitter is more likely to end up under the eyes during the day.

I'm actually very disappointed with this product. I've been trying it for some time. The glitter is very chunky and it falls out everywhere. It's like a cheap glittery eyeshadow, rather than a high end shimmery eyeshadow. I was expecting something similar or better to the pop shades in the Charlotte Tilbury palettes, but this is far far inferior. Not even in the same league. Very disappointed.
