Cleanse the skin thoroughly and follow with a treatment mist. Dispense 5-10 drops of your favourite serum/oil into the palm of your hand. Rub hands together to warm the formula and press to apply it all over your face and neck. Follow the Gua Sha facial guide below repeating each stroke 5-10 times. After each use, wash tool with a bit of mild, natural soap and warm water. Dry completely.

Great Tool, But Watch the Breakouts!
I really wanted to love the Parëva Custom Gua Sha, but after testing it out, I have mixed feelings. Unless you struggle with a lot of morning puffiness or fluid retention, the results are barely noticeable. If you have a naturally lean face, don't expect a "sculpted" miracle. The Breakout Trap: I have always been blessed with clear skin, but I started breaking out immediately after using this. The tool requires facial oil to glide without tugging, and that oil is likely what's clogging my pores. Also, I don’t understand how users apply heavy oils in the morning and then go out in the sun or apply makeup. It feels heavy and impractical for a daily routine. The tool itself is high-quality, cold, and feels luxurious in the hand—but the "daily use" claims are a bit much. It can be quite aggressive on the skin if you aren't careful. If you have clear, non-puffy skin, you might want to skip this. If you do use it, ditch the oil and use it with a cleanser in the shower to avoid the breakouts I experienced!
