Medium Hair Shampoo (300ml): Massage into wet hair, lather up and then rinse. Double cleanse if needed.

Medium Hair Conditioner (300ml): After shampooing, apply through mid-lengths to ends and comb through with fingers. Leave on for around three minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
