For matte shades: Apply with a soft, dense eyeshadow brush in packing motions and then blend.

The color story is different from what you see in the immages. The shimmers look absolutely pretty, but I can't say the same thing about the other colors. The payoff is poor. The result is dull, and doesn't last all day. I absolutely prefer the mini rose and the mini zendo palettes.
