This palette is so good it's unbelievable. Shadows are buttery, pigmented, blend like a dream, last the whole day with a primer (I have oily lids). It had neutrals, cool tones, pinks... extra lights, and super darks. It's my favourite ND palette for everyday use. Just perfect.

I do like this palette but if you already own Natasha Denona palettes, this won't blow your mind. I do like the different textures of the eyeshadow but it's just not anything special to me. Would only recommend if you mostly like mattes/velvets and don't already own a pallette with some matte shades.

To my surprise, the palette is very compact and feels expensive and sturdy. The formulas are amazing, as always - easy to blend, with very good color payoff and no fall-off, and long-lasting. I never received this palette
I never received this palette. I placed an order in early November, requesting both new Natasha Denona palettes, Soft and Dramatic, among others, and Cult Beauty made a mistake and sent me two Dramatic palettes. It took blood, sweat, and tears to get a refund, after I returned the incorrect palette. I'm still fighting to get a refund for another palette they also sent me incorrectly, within the same order, which I also had to return. They refuse to refund me; instead, they sent me the palette I returned in perfect condition, just to avoid refunding what I paid for it. I don't know what happened with Cult Beauty, but I no longer trust their professionalism at all. It has been a total disappointment after years of shopping with them and, above all, a terrible frustration, as the case has been passed from one person to another, up to nine, and none of them have been willing to resolve it.
