I never received this palette
I never received this palette. I placed an order in early November, requesting both new Natasha Denona palettes, Soft and Dramatic, among others, and Cult Beauty made a mistake and sent me two Dramatic palettes. It took blood, sweat, and tears to get a refund, after I returned the incorrect palette. I'm still fighting to get a refund for another palette they also sent me incorrectly, within the same order, which I also had to return. They refuse to refund me; instead, they sent me the palette I returned in perfect condition, just to avoid refunding what I paid for it. I don't know what happened with Cult Beauty, but I no longer trust their professionalism at all. It has been a total disappointment after years of shopping with them and, above all, a terrible frustration, as the case has been passed from one person to another, up to nine, and none of them have been willing to resolve it.

I discovered the Natasha Denona brand three years ago and I absolutely love her products: excellent quality, go a long way and the most brilliant palette colour combinations. I own 10 large palette and 7 mini palettes and know what I am talking about 🤩. The packaging is delightfully modern, cute and invites to be creative when doing your make-up. Who said that mature eyes couldn’t use metallic colours? Don’t listen and be proud. You will never regret a ND purchase!
