Launched in 1994 by French make up artist and photographer François Nars, NARS has remained at the forefront of the beauty space with its collection of trend-led, high-performance covetable cosmetics (not to mention cheeky shade names too). Initially starting with 12 lipsticks, the brand has gone on to develop the Sheer Glow Foundation (30ml), a silky, buildable formula that leaves a luminous finish.

Prepare your skin for smooth makeup application with Light Reflecting Primer.
Warm up foundation in the hands and apply with the finger to create a natural-looking finish. Start in the centre of the face (where we typically need more coverage) and work out toward the edge of the face. Sheer Glow Foundation is also a great clean-up tool: use it with a concealer brush under the eyes and around the lips to make sure lines are crisp.
Set with Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder for a photo-ready finish.

The foundation is great however the colour I had chosen was dark for my skin. If I had chosen the correct it would have been perfect.

Works for me
Love how glowy this makes my skin look. Downside is being very pale, I find the shade Mont Blanc does oxidise once it drys down and also it is a little difficult to built coverage. But it does make my skin look beautiful.

A little bit confused...
I like this foundation: it feels light and is barely visible on skin, applies good and easy. But there is no glow. At all. As a person who previously used Korean foundation, I see nothing glowy, unfortunately. But anyway, I will order this foundation again. Recommend.

Beautifull
Works beautifully on my fave. My dry skin hasn't looked this nice in a long time with foundation. Also the shade selection goes fair enough to work with my pale complexion.

Nars Foundation
I have been using this foundation for a month now, I have found that I need to build gradually with the addition of a little primer. A little goes a long way and gives beautiful coverage. It's not sticky or heavy in my skin. I found it best applied with a brush rather than sponge.

Just average
I had very high hopes when I purchased because of so many positive reviews of this foundation. I have dry skin, this foundation is very matte, hence it is little too dry for me. AND, it doesn’t last on my skin! I have to set it with tons of powder otherwise, it will start to crease. Well, it is a good foundation but definitely won’t repurchase.
