Preventing smudging, creasing or caking, the Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base (8g) works to keep your eye make up looking fresh all day.
Crafted with a blend of polymers and mineral powder, this formula establishes a firm grip on pigment, ensuring hours of wear and maximising the colour intensity of your eyeshadow or eyeliner. And skin care ingredients are involved too, with deep sea extract and antioxidant-rich rice extract smoothing your lids, prepping them for eye make up and helping to keep your eyeshadow from travelling around the eye area. So, whether you're going for a light wash of a daytime neutral or an all-out seriously smoky eye, sweep this on first to ensure it stays put for as long as possible.

A bit conflicted about this one. It does work well with Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadows (helps them to not crease and look more intense), but if I simply use better eyeshadows (such as patrick ta), there is no difference. Oh, and if it overlaps with concealer or foundation (even the Nars concealer), the foundation/concealer looks flaky
