Step 1 - Primary Cleanse To thoroughly cleanse and gently exfoliate, smooth 2-3 pumps of MV Gentle Cream Cleanser over the face and neck then, with wet fingertips, work over the skin in circular movements for no more than 15-20 seconds. Now hold a hot washer or muslin cloth against the skin for a slow count of 5. At this point take a long slow and deep breath, then wipe away excess cleanser. Repeat warm-hot compressing 2-4 times. Step 2 - Secondary Cleanse Now massage 6-8 drops of the MV 9 Oil Cleansing Tonic over the face and neck for 1-2 minutes, concentrating on areas of congestion. To speed up the absorption of this magical oil, hold a warm-hot damp washer or muslin cloth over the face for a long slow count of 5. Do not remove the oil, simply compress 2-4 times to infuse completely. For best results perform the MV 2 Step Cleansing Ritual 3 x weekly in the evening.
