Apply six pumps of the Oxygen Mist to the face or area of skin requiring treatment. Follow with six pumps of the Oxygen Glide. Hold the LYMA Laser over each treatment area for a minimum of three minutes or glide the LYMA Laser slowly over each half of the face or treatment area for a minimum of 15 minutes. Dampen the sponge in water and carefully remove any excess product using a circular motion. Rinse well and leave the sponge to air dry. For transformational results, use the daily protocol above for a minimum of 12 weeks. Thereafter, use a couple of times a week to maintain results.

Expensive - Major Time Investment - But Amazing Results
For reference: I am 44 and have quite good skin for my age, so I am trying to stay ahead of the curve. I have light, olive skin which was historically super oily. I had acne until my mid-30s, then went on Tretinoine and my skin cleared up and I have not had a pimple since (my complexion is usually quite good, no large pores, etc.). Since then I have dealt with uneven skin tone mostly, losing a bit of "glow" and recently fine lines, no real wrinkles. I do get Botox in my forehead, and get Fraxl laser once per year on my face, plus I've been microneedling my face for over 10 years, so this of course has helped the state of my facial skin tremendously. Laser: So the technology behind the laser itself is pretty amazing, which means you really do see results. Fine lines diminish over time and your skin color/tone really brightens and becomes more even. That part is the most incredible. BUT (and it's a big but), you really need consistency and A LOT of time. You are supposed to leave the laser on one small spot (not move) for 3 minutes at a time, then another spot, then another. If you do a whole "area", like the cheeks or forehead, you need to do it for 15 minutes (so roughly 45 minutes for your whole face). To see results, you need to do this EVERYDAY for 1-3 months and then for maintenance, 3-4 times per week... So it is really best to find problem areas and stick with those. I do under my eyes and a spot on my forehead to stay under 15 minutes. In summation: The device itself is wonderful! The results are absolutely great and REAL. The price is staggering for what it is. The consistency and time investment DAILY are really high for the REAL results. That is the catch. Regardless of the eyebrow-lifting price tag, if you don't have the time, this is not for you. Looking back, if I am honest, I would almost be tempted to buy the larger one. You cover more area in less time. My husband would have divorced me though if he knew I spent 5k on a skin device. The normal Lyma laser is ~3 cm wide (~8 cm² treatment area). The Lyma Pro is ~6 cm wide (~30 cm² treatment area). With the Pro you can essentially cover your whole face in under 10 minutes. Again, the cost is staggering though. That is why I am giving it 4 stars, due to all of these factors. If I were to rate this off of effectiveness, it would be a clear 5 stars. But the cost and time investment really are simply a major factor when getting this product. For the average person, I would suggesting getting an LED mask (NOT comparable to this laser device regarding effectiveness as the technology is different!) at a fraction of the cost. You use it 4-5 times per week for 15 minutes and you can still get decent or even great results. And remember, lifestyle makes a HUGE difference. Eating and drinking better, exercise, rest, etc. are the major skin changers. The products you put on your skin and these devices only ENHANCE the hard work you put into a healthy lifestyle.

I have used this laser now almost daily for one month and, despite having an elaborate routine and experience with professional lasers, am truly surprised! My skin is getting flawless and bouncy, my smile-lines are dissapearing and my discoloration is vanishing. Truly great results! I gave only 4 stars because it is a serious investment and I am not sure yet if great skin is worth this kind of money to me. Also the included serum smells horrendous and stings, I use my laser with COSRX snail mucin instead.
