I get pretty dry hands in the colder seasons and this cream definitely helps with that. My hands can get pretty dry to the point of getting small cuts in them. I have to almost be reminded by this to start moisturizing my hands again, as I find it annoying to have greasy fingers. A week of using this product pretty much heals it right up again though. Reading the other reviews, I almost expected it to be more efficient than that, but in reality I probably can't complain. It's a good hand cream, not a miracle product.
