I've been starting slow, using only every other night and it's been giving me a healthier colour. As the seasons progress, I will use daily. The colour seems very natural and the Light isn't too strong so you don't easily overdo it. I bought this product because it had no fragrance or known irritants, as many other drops do (often more expensive ones too).
