Taste good
I like the taste a lot so that at least helps me remember to take them daily, but I haven’t noticed any big difference in my hair while using them. Maybe my hair grows a bit longer. I do still use them for general health benefits.

I recieved these in the cult beauty calender. I could do without these sort of things in a beauty advent calender, if I want supplements I'll go to my doctor. But that's just me. But my niece loved them, said they were fruity, so she was happy.

Easy to take
They taste very sweet, which makes it like you're eating candy :) My hair seems fuller and growing a tad faster. But I also changed my diet, so could be a combination of things.

Healthy hair and great taste!
I ordered these after having Covid and noticing that my hair was falling everywhere.. Can't say the results were spectacular but the hair stopped falling and the taste is amazing, i never forget taking them as i do with other vitamins :)

These Work
Due to lockdown, working nights, and the menopause, my hair was falling out like billy-o. The hoover was totally clogged with my hair. I noticed an almost immediate difference after using these. I’ve now got thick, shiny hair, little sprouting clumps all over my scalp, and a much happier hoover. Supplements are more effective than even the swankiest treatment in my opinion; I couldn’t guarantee they’d work for every hair loss condition but I would definitely recommend giving them a go.

Don't buy if you are prone to acne
Unfortunately this product broke me out with cystic acne. I did notice stronger nails after using however I didn't get a chance to finish the bottle as my skin broke out too much so can't comment too much on hair growth.

my baby hairs are back!!
Love these vitamins. They taste amazing and I'm on my second tub... I was losing hair just above my forehead and was getting super worried I was prematurely balding haha (I'm 19!!) and I was searching for fixes on here. The baby hairs have grown back already and it's only been a month! I think these gummies are going to be a necessity for me from now on :) One thing I would add is I think they might be making my skin slightly spotty... but I use a lot of different skin products so can't be sure its the vitamins' fault - it does make sense that it's the sweets though as they make you produce more minerals than normal which may be affecting my skin... but I currently don't care because my hair is growing back! Yay!
