I had it in my advent calendar. The taste is ok, for me a little bit sweet than I wanted…but I can’t say if they work. It was so small sample to see any changes.

Very easy to remember to take them as they taste deliciouuuus and I have a sweet tooth :) I noticed my hair looked healthy and stopped my hair from falling as it usually does during the colder months. As with any supplement, consistency is key to seeing results.
