Twist base to dispense product. Retract and firmly replace cap after each use to prevent the formula from drying out. For a diffused effect, define the eyes along the upper lash line and blend. I hate how good this is
The reason I hate how good this is is because I really don't want to be spending 30€ for an eyeliner. But it goes on so easily, the colour is so strong, and it stays on so well... I haven't yet found another one that I liked as much. I've even had compliments on it... It's just a black eyeliner, but somehow people see the difference. I even got a compliment from someone in my group therapy who was impressed that I was crying and wiping away tears without even slightly smudging my eyeliner. I usually brush a bit of black eyeshadow on top, too, so maybe that helps? But still, I just love this. My only complaint beyond the price is that it seems to get used up quicker than other eyeliners I've had. Perhaps this is because it's a bit softer though, and that's probably why it applies so beautifully, so I suppose I can't complain. If you have the money to burn, and/or you're willing to wait for a sale, you can't go wrong with this eyeliner. PS, I'm not sure if I can write a review for both the black and the bronze eyeliners, since it seems to be listed as one product in various shades here, so I'll just add that I also have the bronze, and it's highly pigmented, gorgeous, and stays put equally well as the black. I've gotten lots of compliments on that one, too.

GLIDES AND STAYS
Great eyeliner, I have Solstice (metallic) and Earth (matte), both work well, they apply with ease and they stay put all day. You do have some time for smudging before it sets. I would prefer it to be sharpened, but the gel formula is so soft, all you need to do is to press slighting and roll on the tissue to get a sharper tip.

Never going back from this
I tried every brown eyeliner on the market, most were either a neutral or a warm toned brown which doesn’t suit me (I’m cool toner). This Hourglass one in the shade “cave” is the perfect cool-toned brown, the formula is also super great, it stays on all day but is easy to work with upon application. Love it!
