It is a good concealer don't get me wrong. However, I think it is very overrated. If you have dry under eyes you need to moisturise A LOT for it to not look cakey. It also tends to crease on me. It is very high coverage so a little goes a long way (good for the high price). It is good but not revolutionary. If you have money to splurge, sure go ahead, but it is not a necessary purchase.
