Thickening mascara that doesn’t budge
I only wear tubing mascara now as I hate panda eyes in the morning. This mascara will stay put all day. If I rub my eyes I might get a few flecks come off otherwise it stays put until I wash it off with warm water. Thickening mascara but not that curling.
