Not sure about the right way of using this
This finishing powder is a bit confusing to use. If applied after a setting powder, it practically disappears on the skin and doesn’t seem to do much, as it has nothing to grip onto. However, when used directly over liquid foundation, it can noticeably affect the overall tone of the complexion depending on the shade. Because of that, I’m still not quite sure how I feel about it.
