Dewy but…
I was super excited to try this moisturizer out as I’ve seen so many great things about the company. My skin gets pretty dry in the winter months so I treated myself to this cream for Christmas. I used it for about 3 weeks and my skin broke out terribly. I really wanted to love it so trialed it longer than I probably should have as my face got completely spotted (I quit using it about 3 days ago and it has started to clear so I know it was the culprit). Other than that, it does give a glow but I found that I either didn’t use enough product or if I used too much, it would sit on the skin. Overall it gets a ‘eh’ rating from me and I would be returning if possible.Â

Wonderful brand
This brand can do no wrong, (except for the smelly sticky pineapple c serum that smells of feet but we'll pretend that isnt the case, shall we?). Glow Recipe are just wonderful and this is another fabulous offering. This is aimed at combination skin but my old 41 year old dry as a cactus self finds it really hydrating and light. I already use most of the rest of the range, and tend to use SR CEO glow oil daily in my morning routine for additional glow and hydrations so this cream is just a pleasure to use, and the refillable aspect is so cute and thoughtful as well.Â

Amazing!
Another hit from Glow Recipe. It’s insane how moisturizing and hydrating this cream is. I only need to apply one layer in the morning and it makes me feel hydrated the whole day. When I first used it, I have to admit, I wasn’t the biggest fan because it had a “wet†finish: my face didn’t feel sticky or tacky, it just looked wet, as if I had sprayed water all over it. However, after 10 minutes my skin looked glowy, radiant and plump! Kudos to Glow Recipe for the beautiful packaging which is also eco-friendly thanks to the disposable pod (making it also cheaper to stock up!). If you don’t like the glass skin look and prefer a matte finish, then this product is not for you (or any other Glow Recipe product tbh), but it’s such a good moisturizer. Nailed it!

Now all I can say is that I’m still trying it & so far it’s ok I can not really say I’m seeing any different on my face I do love the texture end how it’s not greasy with The way it is quickly absorbed by the skin, I do put it in my mini beauty fridge and it’s always cold and fresh it’s a really good combo in this hot summer I’m going true in Paris. So only time will tell 🤗

So I bought this and then promptly forgot about the brand - I'd been wanting to try glow recipe products for ages. I can honestly say it's been great on my skin, night and day. It's not sticky, absorbs well, no spots and very good on my combo skin. I tried this cream because Bobbi Browns vitamin enriched face base is sometimes too pricey for me. However I find I now have two favourite face creams.

surprisingly wonderful
oily/combo skin, repurchased I have used up an entire tub of this moisturizer- night and day use and it has lasted me 2 months (although I had a trial period where I kept applying too much bc I couldn't figure out how much my skin needed- tip: about a 10 cent coin dollop for my EU folks). even when I used a lot it sunk into my skin well, and I've started using it as a replacement for my eye cream after it ran out (worked super well- I stopped using eye cream altogether). It applies very watery and smooth and as it dries down it feels more like an occlusive cream, then absorbs like a gel cream. I'm sure in the colder months it will be the perfect refresh of moisture. I recommend you try this even if you have sensitive skin- its very pleasant and gentle with a light scent that goes away on application. hope this helps!
