Apply balm directly to the cheeks with a brush. Gently dab the formula onto skin making sure to blend the edges blending as little or as much as you like. Repeat for deeper colour. You can also dab with brush or fingers to eyelids and blend in for fun colour. For lips, apply with a small brush over top and bottom lip and rub lips together.
