Nice, but expensive.
I have tried many cleansing balms, and this one is absolutely different. The balm is more like an ointment than the ones that are more waxy, like Clinique for example. Because of that, it has a different slip on the skin and it pulls a bit more. It melts, but is not getting ‘thin’ enough. It takes more effort to clean my eye makeup for example than Zero Balm, or Clinique. That aside, it works. It smells great (fig) and transfers to a milk that rinses off very easily. Buy it for the scent and the luxurious feel. Otherwise there a better performing and more affordable brands. I will not repurchase.

Effective but on the pricey side
I really like this cleansing balm. The smell is gorgeous and it is very effective. I follow a 2-step cleansing process and I use this balm as a 1st step. When I'm moving to the 2nd step I usually don't see any residuals of make up and my face feels clean and moisturized.

good product but way too expensive
I like this cleanser, it takes all of my make-up off including the mascara, but....the price is too high. The product doesn't stay on your face so there are really not that huge benefits to it. The same effect can be achieved by much cheaper products and for this sole reason I won't repurchase.
