Taking the hard work (and the consequences) out of getting a tan, this fan-favourite product is formulated with a chronopeptide, which mimics the antioxidant benefits of vitamin D, omega-rich virgin marula and black currant seed oils, along with vitamin F (fatty acids), which replenish the delicate balance to support a healthy skin barrier. To finish, a concentrated mix of protective antioxidants boosts skin's defence against pollution and environmental stressors... all delivered with a bronzy finish.

Trial and error
This formula is designed to be used with silicone free products so if your moisturiser isn’t then it can take some trial and error. It’s quite a red tan and you don’t need to use much otherwise it looks quite wrong. You can use it with the DE SPF which isn’t available yet in this country but any other SPF it may alter its efficacy.

My skin type: Fair I absolutely love this product, it really does work. For best results you definitely need to mix this with your day to day moisturiser. I am not sure how it will mix with a gel moisturiser/serum. It adds a really nice glow and it's not too harsh. I only use one pump and it gives me a nice bronze colour when needed. I think for a more intense bronze look you can add more pumps. I like the fact Drunk Elephant is a good quality and clean product. As well as the above SPF is an added bonus. Is it worth the price? Yes!

Healthy Glow
This is wonderful for No-Makeup days to give you a healthy glow.The effect is subtle but gorgeous on my medium skin tone. I think for lighter skins it might be a bit more dramatic, or perhaps you might need to dilute it a bit more. You don't need much. One tiny pump of the product mixed with oil or moisturizer is enough for your face and neck.

Brilliant multi-purpose product!
OMG it's potent! I only need a pinhead amount mixed with my mineral SPF. It's not at all orangey so suitable for pale and dark skin. Once mixed in, it settles to a subtle glow, not at all blingy or shimmery. When my legs make their annual outing in summer I will be mixing a few drops into my body lotion for a bit of tan. I've even experimented using it as a bronze cream shadow - also nice for summer.

Nothing special for darker skintones...
I am in love with all of the Drunk Elephant products but I found this one somewhat underwhelming. It is hard to notice the actual benefits, and whilst it swatches beautifully, it isn't concentrated enough on darker skintones. I applied makeup on top and it began to pill. However, I did like it as a natural base and just concealed where necessary.
