This is a serum, not a toner. I still don't understand why "toner" is part of the name. But regardless: this is the only serum I have been using for years and it is amazing! Plumps the skin right up, every cream sinks in better, skin tint applied afterwards looks ways better and in summers I use only this under my sunscreen. Perfection! I just hope they stop reformulating and increasing the price of the Ceramidin line. It is getting ridiculous.
