Take the product out of the fridge. Apply the Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (gel), while still cold, on clean, dry skin. A 1-2mm thin layer is sufficient. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse and remove gently with a non-abrasive cloth (soft cotton etc). Use up to 3 times per week. For an even more powerful regimen: First cleanse the skin with the 3Deep Cleanser>FastMask; you can leave as a "FastMask" up to 5 minutes. After removing the Freezing Mask, apply one pearl of Booster Serum on the face, and a tiny pearl of Eye Booster Concentrate. For more stimulation and hydration, follow with a pearl of either the Booster Cream or the Enriched Booster Cream. Always finish your skincare regimen with the "Pollution Shield skincare finisher", which is applied as the final step of any skincare ritual after sunscreen and right before any makeup.

Fresh gel
Love this in the summer so refreshing and tightening wanna leave it on my skin for hours but at some point it peels so I spray some water and just put sunscreen and I have amazing skin after

good but too expensive for use with contour pro
bought this gel to do the 'conducting' for the Contour Pro. It's an OK product, but I have to use SO MUCH of it each week that it's not financially feasible. And I don't think the 'glide' is quite enough to be honest. I'll be trying the NuFace gel amongst other somewhat less expensive options. Love the Contour Pro tho!

Feels good cold
I bought this to use with Dr. Levy’s contouring tool. A little goes a long way and I refresh it with a hydrating mist while I’m contouring so that it doesn’t dry out. On its own it is a good pick me up especially out of the fridge though I see more immediate effect on my skin with his Cell Matrix mask.

Good mask for the morning
I like to use this mask in the morning. It’s cooling, hydrating and refreshing. But for dry, mature skin I think the Dr. Levy Matrix mask is better, more nourishing.
