I think these are the best pimple patches I've used however do they work "overnight"...sometimes. I think depending on the spot it can take one or two times using the patch too get the spot to clear up but I thinks thats quite fair. I will say they are thin and almost invisible and I have worn them under makeup however you can see them of course. I love using these when I'm doing a "no make up, make up" look since I avoid getting product on my pimple and it's quite discrete.
