Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. I am more than impressed with the quality of hair straightening that can be achieved by using this product. Beware that the product requires heat to give off its full potential. In my case, it does not work with the hair dryer, but with my hair straightener. The hair become immediately silky, and if you also have wavy/curly hair (2b/2c), the hair do remain straight until next wash.
