Apply to dry hair. Load up the small end of the brush with powder. Use free hand to pull hair flat/taut against head and press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out (do not use sweeping motion). Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush.

Not great
I had high hopes but it did not work for me. It's nothing special. I have passed this to my mother and she seems to like it better( that's the reason I put 3 stars)

Not so wow
I do not find this product very easily to apply. It is very hard to cover your grey hair. Do not feel that my hair is clean after applying the product.

WOW!!!!!
*Purchased in the color Dark Blonde I decided to go out on a limb as I've tried various root cover ups, mostly sprays. Yuck to all. I have a lot of grey hair mixed in with my dark hair, I colour my own hair a mixed dark blonde every 3 weeks...it's annoying and nothing has worked...till now. Clean hair or dirty hair, when I don't colour it, this has been a heaven sent item to masquerade the grow out. It's very luxe small packaging but don't let it fool you. I thought I would get 3 uses out of it and ciao. Not the case. I've had this on hand going on 8 months and it barely looks touched. A little goes a long way. The cover up is amazing and does not look painted on, the colour is natural and kind of blends in with the highlights too. It does not smear or transfer and I get sweaty head a lot. Takes a few brush strokes to get the hang of it. Although it is pricey, it's incredible and I will definitely be repurchasing this. It is a WOWIE WOW WOW for me and part of my Holy Grail!
