Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. I first bought the 50 ml and now replenished with a 200ML. This actualy works. I have thin, fine hair which get frizzy any change it gets. This helps prevent frizziness, which in turn makes my hair look more healthy. It also makes my hair more straight. So keep that in mind if - like me- you enjoy to curl your hair. It does effect the longevity of curls.
