Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. I like the product, I see a slight difference when using it, but living in a country where summer has extremely high level of humidity, it is not doing magic for me in the heat still. I would love to try it when its slightly less humid to give it a better chance :)
