Who inspired Charlotte Tilbury's Hot Lips 2 (3.2g) collection? Rule breakers, record makers and history shakers, from the talented musician Kylie Minogue to actress Sofia Vergara and, of course, Patsy Tilbury, the MUA's mother and biggest inspiration.
nIfused with lipstick tree extract to hydrate and condition your pout, this lipstick also boasts light-reflecting pigments (that capture, reflect and scatter light) to help make lips appear fuller. It features an innovative squared-off angled tip which mirrors the precision of a lip brush for the most perfectly defined lip line and precise application of colour. Plus, it's housed in a beautifully adorned bullet inspired by Charlotte's universe of fashion, Hollywood, rock'n'roll and magic. The formula is very smooth, hydrating and pigmented. Applies beautifully. Color Carina’s Star is the most flattering (on medium-fair skin) and has something special about it. Lipstick case is very beautiful and feels of quality - would make a beautiful gift for any girl out there.
