A SKINCARE STAPLE
A rare one-suits-all cleanser that I think would work for any skin type, from dry to oily and sensitive as well. It's a great morning cleanser, but it also works well as a second step cleanser after removing makeup with something else (I always use an oil cleanser as my first step at night). It's effective and it does lather a bit but it's still very gentle, so your skin feels clean but not dry at all. I use it all year round and I have for many years now!

My new favorite cleanser
I bought this based on the reviews and I wasn’t impressed right away but I kept using the cleanser and now it has replaced all my more expensive cleansers and cleansing balms in day-to-day use. This cleanser doesn’t dry my skin but gets it clean. Before washing my face with the cleanser I use the Cerave misellar water to remove my makeup. By itself the cleanser doesn’t remove makeup and If I wear full face of makeup I sometimes double clease with the cleansing balm first instead of misellar water.

Cerave hydrating clenser is like a very basic cleanser. My sensitive skin likes it and it does not make my skin too dry. However, this is not the most effective clenser for removing make up, but it does the job. I like it!
